THE COURSES

Swim

In the plan d’eau d’Embrun, you perform 1 lap of 1 900m.
Women triathletes start 5min. before men triathletes.
A rolling start (departs every 5 seconds) will take place depending on the Covid 19 situation.

Bike

The famous and spectacular « Tour du Lac de Serre-Ponçon ».
A fantastic ride in a magical surrounding.
However, 3 climbs are awaiting for you :

  • Col du Sauze du Lac : 10,6km @2,4% with sections @8%
  • Col St Jean : 5,5km @ 4%
  • Col Lebraut : 10,1km @ 6% with sections @ 8%.

    You will have to manage your efforts to make the difference.

Run

The running section is flat and fast. You will have 2 laps to do in a magical environment.
Do not forget to lift the head to enjoy the surrounding.
Give it all !
