THE COURSES

SWIM

In the plan d’eau d’Embrun, you will complete one loop of 1900m. Women triathletes will start 5 mn before Men triathletes.

 

BIKE

The route takes you around the Lac de Serre-Ponçon in a postcard setting. But beware, 3 climbs await you: Col du Sauze du Lac : 10,6kms at 2,4% with passages at 8% – Col St Jean : 5 ,5km at 4% – Col Lebraut : 10,1 km at 6% with passages at 8%.
It will take managing your efforts to make a difference.

RUN

2 loops in a magical environment. Do not forget to look up to take in the unique scenery. The course is demanding because of its raises, changes of rhythms and surfaces.
