An ideal format, open to everyone ages 12 and up, to discover triathlon, share a unique sporting experience, and get a taste of what it’s like to tackle three disciplines… before moving on to the S or M formats!
The Courses
Swimming - 400m
Immerse yourself in Embrun's waters, at the foot of the mountains, for a 400m loop.
An ideal format for discovering the sensations of triathlon from the very first meters. The triathlon starts here!
Cycling - 8.5km
A fast course along the Durance with just the right amount of challenge to feel the true energy of triathlon.
Running - 2.5km
A dynamic loop around the Embrun waterfront, buoyed by the atmosphere and the cheers.
