Swimming - 1500m
1,500 m in the calm waters of Embrun. An intense loop that takes you right to the heart of the triathlon experience!
Cycling - 40km
A fast-paced route with a vertical drop of D+861m, perfect for making a difference. Enjoy the exceptional panorama between lake and mountains.
Running - 10km
A loop of a magnificent course, in a postcard setting, but a demanding one. You'll have to manage restarts, changes of pace and surfaces.
